Sheet scanning

Every game has its own sheet, and the app ships no rules, so the template has to come from the table. A photo of a blank sheet goes to Llama 3.2 11B Vision, which lists every printed label, header and abbreviation. Qwen2.5-Coder 32B then maps that list into the app's schema: typed fields grouped by category, and modifier rules for how items, conditions and proficiencies change a roll. The result is a preview. Nothing changes on a character until it is applied.
