This site runs on EmDash, Cloudflare's Astro-based CMS, on Cloudflare Workers. I built it with help from Claude Code and Hermes Agent.

How it's built

  • Workers. Astro 7 with the Cloudflare adapter, started from the EmDash portfolio template.
  • Storage. D1 holds the content, R2 the media and KV the admin sessions.
  • Content as code. Projects, pages and the menu are generated by a script into an EmDash seed and pushed to D1, so a content change needs no redeploy.
  • Review behind Access. Drafts go up on a workers.dev host behind Cloudflare Access, and I review them there before they go public.
  • Diagrams. Each architecture diagram is a hand-built SVG in the site's theme.
