Humanizer

Rewrites text in a specific person's voice, guided by a curated corpus of their own emails placed in the model's context instead of fine-tuning. A Python Worker on Workers AI, R2 and Access.

Humanizer rewrites text in a specific person's voice. It's built for two business partners. A set of strict rules picks which of their emails qualify, and an LLM on Workers AI acts as a final gate on what goes into the corpus. That corpus sits in the model's context along with a style guide drawn from it. It works like light fine-tuning, except the guidance goes in context instead of into training.

In the web app, a user pastes text or rough notes, picks a voice and a style, and gets the rewrite back.

Diagram: emails from Gmail are filtered by strict rules, then GLM 5.3 on Workers AI acts as a gate on what goes into the corpus, which is uploaded to R2 per voice with a style guide. Per request, a user behind Cloudflare Access sends text and an editable prompt to a Python Worker, which loads the voice's style guide and corpus from R2 into the system prompt and calls GLM 5.3 Flash on Workers AI.
A voice is a corpus and a style guide in R2. Nothing is fine-tuned.

Design decisions

  • The prompt is on screen and editable. Each style fills a prompt box with the full instruction the model will get, and the user can change it before any rewrite. Whatever is in that box is obeyed. The text box holds only source material, so directions buried in pasted text get rewritten like any other text.
  • Context, not weights. Voices and their styles are read from R2 on each page load, so a new voice is a file upload, not a code change or a training run. Where the corpus and the style guide disagree, the corpus wins.
  • A standing avoid list. Every style tells the model to skip the usual LLM tells: em-dashes, stacked one-line paragraphs, lists of three, tidy closing lines.
  • Access for identity. The app has no login of its own. The Worker sits behind Cloudflare Access, which also keys each person's last voice and style.

What's next

  • MCP server. The same rewrite, available to agents as a tool.
  • More corpora and styles. Guidance corpora for other kinds of writing beyond email, and more styles for each voice beyond social posts, email and compose from notes.
